Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original or reasonably intact condition
  • You must provide your order number when contacting us

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

  • Email us at support@get-itagpro.com
  • Include your order number and a brief reason for the return
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps

In most cases, you will not need to return the product. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your iTagPro arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@get-itagpro.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused
  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

If you'd like to exchange your iTagPro for a different quantity or bundle, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
