Shipping Info

Free shipping on all orders. We ship within 24 hours.

🚚 Free Standard Shipping on every order β€” no minimum required. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days β€” Free
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days β€” $7.99
  • Express Shipping (US): 1–2 business days β€” $14.99
  • International: 10–20 business days β€” rates calculated at checkout

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note the following:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • iTagPro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Some countries may have restrictions on GPS tracking devices β€” please verify local regulations before ordering

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@get-itagpro.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. iTagPro is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@get-itagpro.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
